We have over 40 years of experience in the property industry and we are able to understand your needs when it comes to letting your property.

Our professional approach and good business practice has also allowed us to expand into residential block management. With our local knowledge and high administration skills we are able to offer our clients a personal and cost effective service.

The people

Graeme Wall

Educated at Millfield School in Somerset, Graeme went on to achieve a Bsc (Hons) from the London School of Economics. After leaving University he worked in his family construction business for 6 years before moving to Kent to join Ward Holdings PLC.

He became the Sales and Marketing Director of Ward Homes and gained a great deal of experience in the property business. He later joined the main board before leaving the company in 2001 to set up Let Solutions in Canterbury. Graeme acquired Chatfield & Goodall in 2016 and merged the companies together to form a new head office for Let Solutions in Whitstable.

Alex Flisher

Alex was appointed Director of Let Solutions after many years of dedication to the company, having first joined the team in 2005 before returning in July 2011. With over 20 years of experience in lettings and property management, Alex provides a professional, knowledgeable, and reliable service to both landlords and tenants. She has also been instrumental in expanding the business into Block Management, combining her extensive property expertise with strong leadership and effective management skills.

Rose Goddard

Rose joined Chatfield and Goodall in October 2017 and has since become a highly valued and versatile member of the team. With experience in overseas property sales in Spain, she brought a strong foundation of industry knowledge which she has continued to build upon. Rose embraced the merger of the two companies with professionalism and adaptability, further developing her expertise in lettings and block management over the past eight years.

Maisie Wallis & Alicia Barratt

Maisie and Alicia both joined the Let Solutions team nearly two years ago and have since continued to grow their skills and expertise within the property industry. Their ongoing commitment to learning and professional development has made them valuable members of the team, supporting clients with confidence and care.
