If you are looking to rent a property, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible and we will contact you as soon as any suitable properties become available.
Tenant information
Reservation
Once a property has been selected, no administration fee is required, unless the reservation is taken well in advance of the availability date. Application forms will be issued.
Reservation
If an applicant wishes to reserve a property they will be asked to pay the equivalent of one week’s rent in advance as a holding deposit. This money will be non-refundable if the applicant withdraws from the application process at any stage or if false or misleading information is provided.
The Next Stage
Your application form will be processed. Once the referencing is complete, we will email confirmation of the tenancy details. The agreement will be drawn up and you will be asked to make an appointment to sign your contract, collect keys and other documentation relating to the tenancy.
Please note in the event of the tenancy not proceeding, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
Terms
We will draw up the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for either 6 or 12 months.
Payments due
The rent will be due in advance to taking the property, and paid from the start date. Deposits are calculated as 5 weeks rent. This will also be due in advance and will be held in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) CLEARED FUNDS: BANK TRANSFER OR CASH ONLY
Insurance
We strongly advise tenants to take out Contents and accidental damage insurance.
Utilities
Let Solutions Ltd will notify the relevant authority and utility companies of tenant details at check-in & check-out.
